Blueberry Peach Crisp

For the Crisp
6 peaches, thinly sliced
1 pint blueberries
1/2 lemon, juiced
1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
1.5 Tbsp all purpose flour
For the Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 Tbsp butter, cubed
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for the crisp.
In a food processor add the brown sugar, flour & oats to mix together the ingredients but not too finely processed.
In a separate bowl, mix the crisp topping with butter
Pour crisp ingredients into a pie dish
Sprinkle topping evenly over the top (Tip do not press down, evenly coat topping)
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and the top starts to brown
Top with your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
