Cinnamon Roll French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 GRAND Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (about 10 rolls)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • Cream Cheese Frosting

Preparation

  1. In a medium sized baking dish spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cut cinnamon rolls into bite size pieces & spread evenly in the dish.

  2. In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Pour mixture over cinnamon roll pieces evenly.

  3. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap & refrigerate 30-overnight (overnight makes the dish taste so much better!).

  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees & bake 35-40 minutes until cinnamon rolls are golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven & first with your cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
