Fettuccine Alfredo


Ingredients

1 lb fettuccine

1 stick butter, room temperature & cubed

1 cup parmesan, grated

1/4 cup pasta water


  1. Cook pasta accordingly.

  2. Add parmesan & butter to hot pasta. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Add pasta water and toss until Alfredo sauce is perfectly velvety and smooth. Mangia!
