Lobster Carbonara

Ingredients
1 lb. Linguine Pasta
3 eggs
¾ cup Pecorino Romano
6 oz fresh lobster
1 cup arugula
fresh parsley & basil
Preparation
Boil pot of water & cook pasta accordingly.
In a large pasta bowl whisk together eggs, parmesan, basil, & parsley.
Immediately add pasta to bowl & stir constantly until your sauce becomes creamy. To thin sauce add pasta water accordingly.
Top with lobster, & arugula and toss together.
Mangia!
