Pasta alla Vodka



Ingredients

  • 16 oz. crushed tomatoes

  • 1 stick butter

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 onion

  • ¼ cup parmesan reggiano

  • 1 pt. Heavy cream

  • 2 oz. vodka

  • Fresh basil

  • Rigatoni

Preparation

  1. Saute chopped onion & garlic in butter until soft.

  2. Add tomatoes, basil, vodka & simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. In separate bowl whip heavy cream, egg yolks, & grated cheese. Add in sauce until well blended.

  4. Serve over pasta.
