Pasta alla Vodka

Ingredients
16 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 stick butter
2 egg yolks
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
¼ cup parmesan reggiano
1 pt. Heavy cream
2 oz. vodka
Fresh basil
Rigatoni
Preparation
Saute chopped onion & garlic in butter until soft.
Add tomatoes, basil, vodka & simmer for 40 minutes.
In separate bowl whip heavy cream, egg yolks, & grated cheese. Add in sauce until well blended.
Serve over pasta.
