Prosciutto & Burrata Carbonara

Ingredients
1 lb. of your favorite pasta noodle (mine is Linguine)
1 package of Prosciutto
½ cup chopped fresh Basil
1 clove minced garlic
3 eggs
2 Burrata balls
¾ cup Parmesan Reggiano
2 tbsp. butter
Olive Oil
Preparation
Boil pot of water & cook pasta accordingly.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay slice prosciutto on cookie sheet & bake until crispy around 5-8 minutes.
In a large pasta bowl whisk together eggs, parmesan, basil, & garlic.
Immediately add pasta to bowl & stir constantly until your sauce becomes creamy. To thin sauce add pasta water accordingly.
Add butter & toss. Top with burrata, crisp prosciutto, olive oil, additional fresh basil & parmesan cheese.
