Veggie Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb, organic Bucatini (or your fav pasta!)
½ cup pesto
1 lb. ground hot italian chicken sausage
6 oz baby kale
10 oz shaved brussel sprouts
½ onion, chopped
Preparation
Boil water & cook pasta accordingly.
Preheat oven to high broil setting. On a cookie sheet add brussel sprouts and drizzle with olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Broil brussel sprouts for 3-5 minutes, until perfectly crisp!
In a pan, saute onions until soft. Add ground chicken sausage to same pan, breaking up into tiny pieces.
Once the chicken is browned add pesto & mix until thoroughly coated. Add baby ale, allow to wilt.
Add pasta to pesto mixture. Add pasta water if needed.
Plate the pasta and top with crispy brussel sprouts & parm. Mangia!
