Whole 30 Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast, cooked & diced

1/2 red onion, chopped

3 stalks celery, chopped

1/4 cup primal kitchen avocado mayo

1 lemon, juiced

handful of dried cranberries

freshly chopped dill


  1. Cook chicken breast with salt, pepper, & some lemon juice. Let cool and cut into small pieces.

  2. To a large bowl add all ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Taste & enjoy!
